All wedding cakes are delivered and set up at your venue by us to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All deliveries are conducted on the morning of your wedding, so do ensure that this is possible at your venue and that they have accessible parking to ensure your cake is transported safely and easily.
Celebration cakes, cupcakes and other items which are not part of your wedding day order are collection only, unless specially requested and agreed.
Mileage and delivery time (including congestion charges and tolls) are calculated from our kitchen to your venue. If you do not know your venue just yet then we can do an estimate based on the presumed location.
Ideally as soon as possible so that you secure your date. You don't have to know exactly what you want at this stage as we can finalise the finer details later. Bookings for wedding cakes tend to be around 12 months in advance but if yours is sooner, drop us a line as we may have availability for your date.
Celebration cakes are usually booked around a month in advance, but again get in touch as we may be able to accommodate your booking.
Yes, please do! We have tasting boxes available to purchase. These contain 4 dessert portion flavours of your choice and are posted out to you through your letter box. They cost £29 per box and you can order as many as you wish.

Of course! You can have a different flavour for each tier of your wedding cake, although you may want to take into consideration what you choose if your sponge is going to be visible. We have a variety of flavours to choose from on our menu page, or if you have your own ideas then let us know!
We ask for a 25% non refundable deposit on wedding cakes to secure your date. At this stage you do not need to know all the final details of your cake as these often change as you start planning your wedding. The final balance is required 4 weeks before your wedding date, and this can be paid in one payment, or installments up until that date.
Celebration cakes and other items require payment in full at time of booking.
We are based in Surrey, and also cover areas such as Berkshire, Middlesex, Hampshire, Sussex and Buckinghamshire. We have been known to go as far afield as Newcastle so if your venue is in a different location, chat to us and we will see if it is possible.
Yes we do. We have a variety of stands available to suit different styles of cakes. Cake stand hire is £45 with a £100 security deposit. Once the stand is returned to us in the same condition it was rented the deposit will be returned to you.
You are welcome to return the stand in person, however for convenience we can arrange a DPD courier booking for an additional £10 so all you have to do is package the stand securely and drop off at a local drop off point.
