Madagascan vanilla sponge with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and your choice of flavoured conserve.
Whipped cream can be substituted as an alternative to buttercream for bare naked cakes, however in hot weather this is not advised.
Chocolate sponge made with high cocoa content Belgian chocolate and your choice of Belgian chocolate buttercream or ganache.
Lemon flavoured sponge with real organic lemon juice and zest, lemon buttercream and Sicilian lemon curd.
Vanilla sponge with a sweet candy floss flavour, and candy floss flavoured buttercream. Works really well with coloured sponge. A popular choice!
Classic red velvet sponge with either a vanilla or cream cheese buttercream.
Cherry and almond flavoured sponge, filled with a layer of morello cherry conserve and cherry and almond buttercream.

Our cakes are made in a hygiene rated 5 kitchen, with fresh, quality ingredients. We are naturally vegetarian friendly, however, we also cater for gluten free and vegan upon request.
Tier finishes can have either soft or sharp edges depending on the look you wish to go for. To ensure a smooth finish under iced cakes, we use a white or dark chocolate ganache.

Our tasting boxes contain 4 dessert sized cake portions with your flavour choices, and arrive beautifully wrapped via Royal Mail through your front door.

Orders place via the order form below. A payment link will be sent across to you where you can pay easily via all major payment methods.
If you choose to go ahead and book with us then the cost of your tasting box is deducted from your final balance. (Limited to one free box per couple, although you are free to order as many as you wish)
